Travel Journals from Iceland

Iceland-Dream.com was established in 2004, and has always featured travel journals contributed by many travelers after their trips to Iceland. Some describe full itineraries with a schedule of destinations around Iceland, while other articles cover shorter trips that focus on one region or part of the island.

Like the many itineraries offered on our site, these travel journals are fantastic because not all visitors are looking for the same thing when going to Iceland, and these narratives offer a range of experiences to appreciate.

Some travel journals, from visitors on their first trip for example, will be all about the “must-see ” tourist sites. For others, this may be their 10th trip to Iceland! These visitors will often be more knowldgeable and focus on a region that they particularly like, or perhaps an area that is not very touristy and that they have never visited, so these travel journals are almost like reading the log of an expedition.
